35 by 35

Yesterday was my 34th birthday.  While 34 isn’t really a big birthday year, it means I am one year closer to 35 (and a whole new age demographic, lol).  While I’m very happy with how my life has played out and all I’ve accomplished by this point, I though it would be fun to pull together a bucket list of things to complete by my 35th birthday.  Some of the ideas are fun, some are practical, but I think all of them are achievable in a year.

In no particular order, here are 35 things I want to do before I turn 35:

  1. Get another tattoo
  2. Convince M to get a tattoo
  3. Take a family trip
  4. Dye my hair a fun colour
  5. Go to Medieval Times
  6. Beat an excape room
  7. Write 50 more blog posts
  8. Make reno plans for the house
  9. Finish grad school
  10. Build a capsule wardrobe
  11. Go tubing
  12. Organize the basement
  13. Set up RESPs
  14. Taking the kids to the top of the CN Tower
  15. Have a picnic on the beach
  16. Visit a tiki bar
  17. Have a night away with M
  18. Sing public karaoke
  19. Have a spa day
  20. Go glow in the dark bowling
  21. Get my make up professionally done
  22. Go to a comedy show
  23. See baby animals at Riverdale Farm
  24. Take a picture at the heart in the Distillery District
  25. Learn a fun party trick
  26. Host a dinner party
  27. Get through Christmas without giving any gift cards (thoughtful presents only!)
  28. Go geocaching
  29. Complete a 30 day photo challenge
  30. Get in better shape
  31. Read 25 books
  32. Take updated family photos
  33. Share menu plans on the blog
  34. Volunteer
  35. Get the girls baptized

What do you think?  Do you have anything you would like to achieve in the next year?
