DIY Name Art – A is for Avery

This is a cute project I have been seeing all over Pinterest and wanted to try out.

I love that it is customizable, super easy and inexpensive.  I made this one for friends who recently had a baby and I’m pretty sure this will be my go-to shower gift!

In the end, it took me about 15 minutes (and most of that was finding the font I wanted to use!) and cost $2 for the frame at the dollar store.

I also used simple word processing software so you don’t need any fancy programs to make this!

If you’re curious, for the majority of the alphabet, I used Rockwell Condensed font which is one of the standards in Word.  For the name and the letter ‘A’, I used Janda Apple Cobbler font which I downloaded for free here.  For ‘is for’, I used Simply Glamorous font which I downloaded for free here.
